• The Head of Research of a US Bank’s Offshore Global Markets Entity, with a team size of 50 Analysts, was facing a challenge of adding 100 more Analysts to his team within a time frame of 12 months.
• Although a rare practice in MNC Banks, the Head of Research still went ahead and empanelled us based on our insights, market understanding and knowledge about the industry.
• We met the Leadership team to understand their pain points and specific focus areas to be considered while shortlisting.
• A special team was formed comprising of one Project Lead, one Assistant Project Lead along with 6 recruiters and trained for executing this mandate.
• A complete process map was drawn with customised online and telephonic screening questionnaires in line with job specifications to shortlist candidates.
After 50 telephonic interviews, and a round of in person interviews with several candidates the shortlisting process was further finetuned.30 profiles were shared after
interviewing 100.
• The estimated timeline for finishing the complete screening process with minimum 5 telephonic/video interview per candidate with various global hiring managers was
30-45 days.
• The whole process was handled off site with 2 dedicated MainStream resources available 24*7.
• This well-planned, end to end support gave phenomenal results for the first milestone: 20 offers, 18 acceptances and 16 hires.
• Once the recipe for success was ready, we continued this practise on a weekly basis and shared candidates in batches of 25 and kept improving our deliverables and
finally succeeded in closing 80% of the positions within a shorter time frame.
