Sonali Madan, is the Co-Founder and Director of MainStream Technologies. She has done her Bachelors in Science and her Masters in Computer Science. Post her Masters in Computer Science, Sonali joined NIIT and grew in the organisation handling different positions in Training, Development and Recruitment. She started as a Junior Faculty and climbed the corporate ladder to become the Mumbai Regional Placement Head. In 2000, when the entrepreneurship bug bit her, Sonali founded MainStream with Software Development Services as the key focus area. A step into this business and she set up the IT recruitment vertical which went on to became one of the strongest practices in MainStream. She has played a strategic role in the development of some of most successful IT and BPO companies, in shaping their journey from being small scale companies to becoming large conglomerates. She pioneered the ‘Train & Hire’ Model for the BPO & Telecom industry. Sonali, apart from her Consulting prowess, is known for her home baked delicacies which are prepared using the principals of wellness.

Rakhi Lahoti, is a Director and part of the core team. Her Post Graduation in Business Management and Diploma in Financial Management support her in understanding the core fundamentals of different sectors. Her Certification in Coaching adds to her approach while dealing with client business dynamics and deciphering candidates’ competence. Rakhi got into the Talent Acquisition spectrum with MainStream after 2 years as a Generalist HR. It was a defining moment for her as she realized her calling for guiding and mentoring professionals in their career journey. A short stint with firms like Capita India and Religare further enriched her career. Her passion for guiding talent, coupled with her zeal for constant learning has made her one of the most sought after Consultants in the Search Industry. Rakhi loves listening to music and strives to motivate and support people in rising beyond personal challenges to achieve success in their lives.

Rajiv has 37 year’s all around and diverse experience in Investment, Corporate, Transaction & Retail Banking. He worked with various departments such as Sales, Relationship Management, Credit, Operations across all businesses and Technology. He has managed large teams in Indian banking and offshoring industry spread across five apex organizations – State Bank of India, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, JP Morgan Chase, and Deutsche Bank. He served in various countries like India, Japan, and South Africa. He has travelled extensively across the world. He last served as Director & Head Corporate Services(India & Sri Lanka) & Chief Operating officer for Deutsche Bank Operations Int, Pune. He has extensive experience of building up businesses and teams from scratch. He has hired more than 2000 professionals in his long career

Yash Pal, is Director of MainStream Technologies. Yash has more than 30 years of experience in BFSI where he worked in multiple diverse segments at the Leadership level. Additionally, he also has 10 years of experience in Business Consulting and Talent Acquisition. With this rich experience, Yash carries a unique combination of having astute understanding of client’s businesses along with cognizance of the psychology of industry professionals, which helps him lead strategic initiatives for clients. Yash has worked in managerial capacity to set up and run few large financial services organizations like Stock Holding Corporation, Lloyds Group, India-bulls Finance & ITI Financial Services Group. Yash has led successful engagements for many large MNC Banks in setting up their offshored COEs in India. He has been a key support right from strategizing to building up of few large processing centers. Yash is a veteran in the industry and is looked up to by clients and leaders for strategic insights and advice on critical leadership talent hiring. Yash is a fitness enthusiast and keeps his energies high through activities that align mind, body and soul. His philosophy of contributing to people’s life runs deep in MainStream as well, where the entire focus is on contributing to the client and professionals they engage with, while themselves getting enriched in the process.
